Metal based Boron nitride coating
MBN- 20 is a water- based environmental friendly Boron nitride coating,pollution-free, free of Volatile organic compound. It has high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance, high thermal conductivity,and good lubrication performance, which can greatly improve the surface smoothness of castings. Different from conventional Boron nitride coating,MBN-20 has good adhesion to metal mold, ceramic and other surfaces,and is an excellent release agent in non-ferrous metal casting, glass,thermal tube sintering and other fields.
BMT-20 is a water-based environmentally friendly mold release coating. Different from the oil-based coatings on the current market,BMT-20 is environmentally friendly and water-based, does not contain Volatile organic compound, and meets the requirements of safe transpor-tation. The coating has good adhesion, high strength, good thermal stabil-ity, and excellent demolding effect, forming a bright surface for the product and extending the service life of the mold. Suitable for aluminum ingot and aluminum alloy ingot casting, aluminum alloy gravity casting, and other fields.
