BMC-20 ingot mold coating is a water-based environment-friendly ingot mold coating, used in aluminum ingot/zinc ingot/magnesium ingot casting.
BMT-20 water-based casting coating is a water-based coating, which is different from the oil-based coating in the market. It is environmentally friendly and safe. It is used in aluminum ingot and aluminum alloy ingot casting, aluminum alloy gravity casting, and aluminum alloy low pressure casting.
MBN-20 metal-based boron nitride coating is a water-based coating, can be used according to a certain proportion of water, to help the product release.
Mainly used in the following areas
1. The casting demoulding MBN-20 has excellent adhesion to the metal-based mold, the product is fine and smooth, and can provide a smooth demoulding interface. The interface formed can effectively isolate the aluminum liquid and the mold, and the aluminum casting is not only easy to release, but also has a bright surface by using the excellent lubrication performance of boron nitride. Using the characteristic that boron nitride coating does not stick to aluminum, the aluminum liquid flows smoothly and unimpeded, and the aluminum casting is well formed without distortion. It is especially suitable for large castings or complex parts that require smooth surface of aluminum castings.
2, glass demoulding is suitable for metal-based surface contact with glass slurry, has good high temperature stability and lubricity, in the process of glass processing, reduce the surface defects of glass products, so that the glass is easy to demoulding; and can form a protective layer on the surface of the mold to extend the service life of the mold. Especially suitable for high difficulty deep bending, hot bending, hot melt, shaped, clear light and other bending glass processing.
3, heat pipe sintering demoulding can be firmly attached to the heat pipe production process of the center rod, the copper powder and the center rod between the formation of protective coating, after 800-850 ℃ high temperature sintering, the center rod can be easily separated, greatly improve the production efficiency, extend the service life of the center rod, reduce the cost of enterprises.
