How to use: 

1. Control the distance between the spray plate and the aluminum rod within 10-30cm, adjust the height of the spray plate so that the center point of the spray plate is aligned with the center point of the aluminum rod, and after confirming the position, fix the spray plate bracket with expansion screws;

2. Adjust the inlet pressure of the air source to 60psi, the inlet pressure of the diaphragm pump to 40psi, the injection pressure and the inlet pressure of the pneumatic pump to 40psi;

3. Open the ball valve of the liquid main line;

4. The auxiliary pipe ball valve is normally closed. If the equipment is not running for a long time, the auxiliary pipe ball valve needs to be opened. The liquid does not need to be controlled by the solenoid valve to enter the pipeline directly. Dissolve the crystallization of the pipeline and the nozzle, after the pipeline and the nozzle are opened, the ball valve of the auxiliary pipe is closed;

5. The return ball valve of the diaphragm pump is guaranteed to open 1/4 to prevent the diaphragm pump and the pipeline from being damaged by the long standby;

6. Adjust the flow regulator of the pneumatic pump to ensure that the pneumatic pump rotates 1-3 times per second;

7. According to the diameter of the aluminum rod, adjust the front flow rate of the atomization module to ensure uniform spraying and no waste.
